Guarantee Policy:

All reservations require a deposit equal to the first night's room rate and taxes. Reservations will be held until 8 am the following day of your scheduled arrival.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

April, May, June, September, and October - you must cancel 7 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.
 
July and August - you must cancel 14 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit.

No Shows and Early Departure Policy:

No-show reservations will forfeit the deposit. No refunds are given for early check-outs.
 

Pet Policy:

Cape Colony Inn welcomes you and your dog, for an additional $40 per dog per night. You must call the hotel directly to register your dog in advance. Service Animals must register with the hotel, however there is no additional fee.
 

Smoking Policy:

We are committed to providing our guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.
