Our Cancellation Policy:Reservations in JULY and AUGUST - Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
To our valued guests who booked via online travel agents or third-party travel professionals, you are advised to contact your booking provider for information on their policies.
Our Commitment to Cleanliness:We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. While we practice strict and consistent cleanliness standards every day, we have increased the frequency in which we clean all surfaces. We use cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses, including:
- Guest Rooms: Cape Colony Inn uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
- Public Spaces: Cape Colony Inn has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, door handles, public bathrooms, tables, chairs in dining area.
- Back of House: In the spaces where associates work "behind the scenes," Cape Colony Inn is increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, laundry area, and staff offices.
