COVID-19 Advisory | Cape Colony Inn
Cape Colony Inn is committed to protecting the safety and health of our guests and staff. We are closely monitoring the Massachusetts phased reopening plan, as well as the CDC and WHO's statements regarding COVID-19. We are following the guidelines from these agencies and our local health department and adjusting our processes, as necessary. Due to the current situation related to COVID-19, some of our amenities and services may be limited or unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
MASSACHUSETTS TRAVEL ADVISORY
Governor Charlie Baker signed an Executive Order requiring all travelers, including both out of state residents and Massachusetts residents returning home, to comply with a new travel order. More information can be found here.
This order goes into effect on August 1, 2020. Travelers are exempt from this requirement if they are coming from a state that has been designated as a lower low risk states by the Department of Public Health or fall into another narrow exemption category.

Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Vermont
Anyone visiting Massachusetts from any state that is not listed on the Department of Public Health's Lower-risk States list MUST:
- Complete the Massachusetts Travel Form prior to arrival. The Form can be found here.
- Quarantine for 14 days or produce a negative COVID-19 test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to your arrival in Massachusetts. If your COVID-19 test result has not been received prior to arrival, visitors, and residents must quarantine until they receive a negative test result.

Failure to submit a completed Massachusetts Travel Form, or failure to comply with the quarantine requirement, if applicable, may result in a $500 fine per day by the State of Massachusetts.
If you will be traveling from a non-low risk state and have booked a stay at Cape Colony Inn for August 1st or later and will be unable to comply with the Travel Order, you may cancel your reservation with a full refund.

OUR ENHANCED PROTOCOLSFront Desk Updates: The front desk and lobby will be open from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm daily. To maintain safe social distancing, we are limiting service to one guest at a time. We will continue to provide personal service as quickly as possible. Staff is available on property 24 hours a day to assist you if needed. You can reach them by dialing "0" from your guest room phone.
Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: We have implemented low-contact check-in and contact-free check-out procedures to make the process quick and safe for our guests.
