Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require a deposit equal to the first night's room rate and taxes. Reservations will be held until 8 am the following day of your scheduled arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
During the months of April, May, June, September, and October - you must cancel 7 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit. During July and August - you must cancel 14 days before the date of arrival, or you will forfeit your deposit. To our guests who booked via online travel agents or third-party travel professionals, please contact your booking provider for information on their policies.

No Shows and Early Departure Policy:
No-show reservations will forfeit the deposit. No refunds are given for early check-outs.
Cape Colony Inn welcomes you and your dog for an additional $40 per dog per night (plus applicable taxes). Please call the hotel directly to register your dog in advance. Service Animals must register with the hotel; however, there is no additional fee.
Smoking Policy:
We are committed to providing our guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.
